Payment Structure

To initiate any project, a deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required. This deposit confirms your commitment to the project and allows us to allocate the necessary resources to commence work. The deposit must be paid within five business days from the date of the project agreement. Failure to pay the deposit within this timeframe may result in delays or cancellation of the project.


Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods for your convenience, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and PayPal. All payment details will be provided upon acceptance of the project proposal.


Refund Policy

Refunds are granted under the following conditions:


  • Before Project Commencement:If you decide to cancel the project before we have commenced any work, you are entitled to a full refund of your deposit.


  • Within One Month of Project Start: If you decide to cancel the project within the first month after work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered, depending on the amount of work completed. Any refund amount will be determined at the discretion of Studio5ive, based on the work completed and resources allocated up to that point.


  • After One Month of Project Start:Refunds requested after one month into the project are generally not granted. This is because significant resources, time, and effort have already been dedicated to your project. However, exceptions may be made under special circumstances and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.



Project Completion Guarantee

At Studio5ive, we strive to deliver high-quality projects that meet your expectations. If, for any reason, we fail to complete the project successfully, you will be entitled to a full refund. Our definition of unsuccessful completion includes failure to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work or not meeting the specified project requirements as outlined in the initial agreement.


Scope of Work and Revisions

The initial project proposal will include a detailed scope of work, outlining the deliverables, timelines, and project requirements. Any changes to the scope of work after the project has commenced may incur additional charges. We provide a set number of revisions as part of our service to ensure your satisfaction. Any revisions beyond the agreed-upon number may be subject to additional fees.


Non-Payment and Project Suspension

Failure to make payments as scheduled may result in project suspension. Studio5ive reserves the right to suspend all work on the project until all outstanding payments are received. Continued non-payment may lead to project termination and forfeiture of any payments made to date.


Communication and Feedback

Effective communication is key to the success of any project. We encourage regular feedback and communication to ensure that the project stays on track and meets your expectations. Delays in feedback or approval from the client may affect the project timeline and delivery date.


Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All information and materials shared during the project will be kept confidential. Upon final payment and project completion, all intellectual property rights related to the project deliverables will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.


Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage open communication to resolve any issues amicably. Should a resolution not be reached, the matter may be referred to arbitration or legal proceedings, as deemed appropriate by both parties.


Amendments to Payment Policy

Studio5ive reserves the right to amend this payment policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing and will apply to future projects.
